A free support community for men and couples facing male fertility challenges.
The Male Fertility Hub is a confidential space for men, partners and couples navigating diagnosis, treatment, donor conception, miscarriage, waiting, uncertainty and life after infertility.
Founded by Shaun Greenaway and Ciaran Hannington, built by men who have lived through it, for everyone the journey touches.
Free · Confidential · No pressure

We built the support we wish we’d had.
Both Shaun and Ciaran were told that they were infertile.
What followed was something the appointments did not prepare them for.
The isolation.
The shame.
The silence.
Medical treatment was available.
Emotional support was not.
They found each other, and then they found others.
It started with six men sitting in a circle on the grass in Hyde Park, sharing what we’d each been through.
Everything the community provides

Events
Webinars, workshops and expert sessions covering treatment, mental health, relationships and life after diagnosis. Plus real-world meetups when you are ready.

Coaching
One-to-one and group coaching with accredited coaches who have lived this themselves, for men who want structured, personal support alongside the community.
Not sure if this is for you?
The Hub is for you if any of this sounds familiar:
- Azoospermia, low count, poor morphology, DNA fragmentation or another male factor issue.
- IVF, ICSI, surgical sperm retrieval or microTESE.
- Failed treatment or miscarriage.
- Donor conception.
- Supporting a partner.
- Feeling angry, guilty, numb, overwhelmed or exhausted.
- Wanting to hear from people who understand this from the inside.
One place for all of it
Peer support, groups, events, resources and coaching don't live in five different places. They all live inside The Male Fertility Hub, so once you join, everything is right there when you need it.
You don't need to work out where to look. You just need to join us there.
Where I'd start
Coaching works for some men. Speaking reaches others. But the Hub is where most of the actual support happens, day to day, between people who understand exactly what you're carrying.
It's free, and it always will be, because everyone going through this deserves support.
If you're not sure where to begin, begin here.
Join a community that understands exactly what you're carrying.
Free, confidential, and built by people who have lived it.
